This caviar comes from a cross between Amur sturgeon (Acipenser Schrenckii) and the Kaluga (Huso Dauricus), a sturgeon related to the beluga. It is very similar to the Osietra caviar.

Taste: very rich flavour , creamy with stronger aftertaste
